TRX & Ride

A high-energy, full-body workout that combines the cardiovascular intensity of indoor cycling with the strength and stability training of TRX suspension exercises. This hybrid class is designed to torch calories, build muscle, and improve endurance

Circuit

A fast-paced, full-body training class that moves you through a series of timed exercise stations designed to build strength, burn fat, and boost endurance. Each station targets a different muscle group or fitness component — from cardio and strength to agility and core — keeping your body guessing and your heart pumping.

Weighted Pilates 

A fusion of traditional Pilates exercises with the added resistance of light weights, resistance bands, or balls. This style enhances the classic Pilates focus on core strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness by increasing muscular engagement and intensity.

Recovery Yoga 

Recovery Yoga is a gentle, restorative practice designed to support physical healing, mental clarity, and emotional balance. This class combines mindful movement, deep stretching, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to help release tension, improve mobility, and promote overall well-being. All levels welcome—no prior yoga experience necessary.

TRX & Weights

A strength-focused, full-body workout that combines the functional training power of TRX suspension straps with traditional weightlifting. This class is designed to build lean muscle, improve core stability, and enhance overall strength using both bodyweight and external resistance.
 

Weights & Ride

Weights & RIde is a powerful fusion of strength and cardio designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and burn calories in one efficient workout. This class blends high-intensity indoor cycling intervals with targeted weight training for a full-body challenge that keeps your heart rate up and your muscles engaged.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low-impact exercise method focused on building core strength, improving posture, enhancing flexibility, and promoting overall body awareness. Performed on a mat using your own body weight for resistance. 

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and energizing style of yoga that links breath with movement. This class guides you through a creative sequence of poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance. Open to all levels, with modifications offered for beginners and challenges for more experienced practitioners.

Express Weights

This fast-paced, strength-focused class is designed to help you build muscle, boost metabolism, and increase confidence all in just 30 minutes. Perfect for all fitness levels.

This all-levels mat Pilates class blends a classical Joseph Pilates approach with strength exercises, calisthenics, and intentional breathwork to support a deep mind–body connection.

Ashley Madden 
Director of Operations & Instructor
Ashley is a certified personal trainer through ISSA with 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. She holds additional certifications in TRX, Spin, Pilates, and Personal Training. Ashley also serves as the Director of Operations for both SeaFit and The Wellness Reef. A dedicated mother of four, she lives in Ocean View.

Jewels Miranda
Pilates Instructor 
My name is Jewels Miranda, a mat Pilates certified instructor and cat mom (and lover for dogs). I went to my first Pilates class a year ago not knowing how much I would fall in love with working out and moving my body. I now have a passion to empower others in feeling confident in their own body, having a fun workout while doing it and leaving you feeling strong!

Sara Clark
 Instructor 
Sara Clark is a certified instructor in SUP Paddle Fit, TRX & Pilates, bringing energy & a love for movement to every class. A proud mother of two girls and life-long Ocean City resident, Sara is passionate about helping others build strength, balance, and confidence- both in and out of the gym.

Jen Domsic
Massage Therapist 
Jen Domsic brings 16 years of experience and a well-rounded fitness and wellness background to every class and treatment. Her diverse expertise includes TRX, PiYo, Dance Fitness, and Group Fitness, along with certifications as a Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist. Known for her knowledge, empathy, and passion for intentional movement, Jen creates a safe and supportive environment that nurtures strength, balance, healing, and overall well-being. She is a local Marmora resident and a proud wife and mother of two.

Kiki Schiller
Pilates Instructor 
Kiki is a Pilates teacher and doula devoted to supporting mothers and families through movement, education, and advocacy. With roots in Philadelphia and a lifelong athletic background, she grew up playing multiple sports in a family that valued strength, grit, and community. After navigating multiple injuries and the transformative experience of motherhood, Kiki was called to shift her lifelong relationship with movement into a career centered on healing, strength, and mindfulness. Her teaching blends mat Pilates with powerful strength-building methods, creating classes that challenge you, build resilience, and leave you feeling confident and capable in everyday life!

Lily Powell
Yoga Instructor  
Lily is a local to the area. Passionate about traveling, scuba, diving, the outdoors and family. Lily came to yoga seeking stress relief, but what she found was so much more. Yoga taught Lily to connect with body and breath, and to approach life with more mindfulness. Lily completed a 200-hour training with True Light Yoga and is passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. In Lily's classes, you can expect a welcoming space, clear instruction, and a focus on linking breath with movement.
